I have a vastly different background to the majority of people in the tech industry.

I left school at 16 with no higher qualifications, then spent the next 3 years working as a personal trainer and doing sales for gyms.

In search of a career, I pivoted into selling SaaS products. After selling a few different ones, I realised I'd like to focus on making the products themselves better so I forged a path from sales, into operations, then into product/business analysis where I am now - all with no qualifications.

I'm now working daily on making processes and products better for the people who use them - and I love it!

I've worked everywhere from 3 person startups to one of the World's best Universities (ironic for someone who left school at 16!) and this different experience has really helped me in forging my approach to product management, Agile ways of working and business analysis.
