Hello, my name is Alex, and I'm a tech-driven start-up and scale-up executive. I studied business administration at WHU, but I'm also a Full Stack Developer who has been coding since the age of 14.
In the last ten years, I've grown companies from very small teams to over 200 people and/or $150 million in revenue, and I've held several C-Level positions in eCommerce and Consumer Tech firms. As an example. In 2015, I sold Amorelie (eCommerce) to ProSieben, co-founded Joblift (Tech), which raised over $20 million with Cherry Ventures, DN Capital, and Redline, and assisted Chronext (eCommerce) in exceeding the USD 150 million as Managing Director. I most recently worked as interim Co-CEO at itravel, an individual travel firm. In total the firms i've worked with rais more than USD 100 million dollars.
When I'm not working, I'm a dedicated triathlete: I completed my first Ironman in 2021.

So I'd define myself as a numbers and technology-driven generalist who focuses on important business drivers in order to fulfill our company's objectives.
