My name is Brayden and I'm a Quality Engineering Manager specialising in Video Games.
Everyone has the power to be a leader within them. I'm here to help you think about leadership empathetically and enable your peers to strive for the best, sustainably.

Its that efficient collaboration piece that fosters the most success for teams and individuals. I've been a part of teams making great strides by shifting testing from being an afterthought to an integral part of development.
Quality, isn't just testing, it's a culture and is owned by everyone.
We'll first work to define your goals and problem statements, and then build out our solutions and achievable actions based on those. Always striving to follow your growth through measurable outcomes.
In order to help you achieve your goal, I can talk to you about any topic related to career opportunities, beating imposter syndrome, work life balance, how to influence a culture and how to approach hard conversations. We can also workshop your CV, practice culture, technical interviews and work with communication.
