When Google acquired Postini, Casey's career took an exciting turn. For seven years, he played a pivotal role in building support teams, TAM groups, and vendor teams, all in support of Google Workplace. He was part of the Google Chrome and Chrome OS Google Workplace Success Team from its inception, gaining valuable experience in shaping the future of tech.

Casey continued his journey by shaping Support and Customer Success units for a Google Partner at Onix Networking. At Okta, he thrived, growing teams, nurturing crucial client relationships, and devising innovative tech programs. His expertise led him to PerimeterX and now Entrust, where he guides customers through their digital security and identity solution journeys.

Throughout his career, Casey has earned certifications in cybersecurity and technical support, and he has delved into specialized training in Cyber Security including CompTIA Security+, Certified Customer Success Management, and UNIX command line. He is a lifelong learner, constantly seeking new knowledge to stay ahead of the ever-changing tech landscape.
