I began working in Product Management over 9 years ago, after successfully pivoting my career from account management and data analysis. I am a huge advocate of career pivots, and have directly supported two colleagues in transitioning into product management by directing them on how to gain required experience without yet being a product manager, and supporting them with interview preparation.

As part of my current role, I lead and coach a team of 4 PMs, who range in experience from junior to senior. This provides me with enormous satisfaction, there is nothing more rewarding for me then seeing others grow and succeed.
