I am a Head of Engineering and former startup CTO who has been responsible for leading software projects and engineers professionally for the last 15 years (and many years before that on a hobbyist basis). In that time, I have held roles covering software engineering, 'DevOps' / system administration, application security, architecture, physical networking, long-term strategy, and management.
