I'm Demos. I've founded, failed and found some success while building startups over the last 25 years. My day job is the co-founder of blazon, a marketing and growth company for startups that have traction and want to get to the next level.
For years though, I've always felt a need to help really early stage founders who may just have an idea or have actually embarked on the startup journey but are now either stuck, demoralised or flying high!
Building a startup is very, very hard. You know that because you may already be a startup founder or exploring the opportunity. I've been building things for 25 years in different sectors. The buzz, reward and enjoyment is always the same but the challenges are very different and outside help will always help. I do believe that everyone should build a startup, but for the right reasons and with the right support.
