I'm a research engineer with the Interactive AI team at Salesforce (https://www.salesforceairesearch.com/) We perform innovative research on topics like factuality and trusted AI, LLM creativity, RAG systems and HCI-NLP. I have experience building AI products for CRM related use-cases, and integrating generative AI solutions for applications such as Slack, Tableau, etc. Most recently I have been working on creating agentic-AI solutions to pilot with Salesforce customers.
I'm a graduate of the Language Technologies Institute (LTI) at the School of Computer Science at CMU. I had the chance to work with Prof. Zach Lipton and his research group (https://acmilab.org/people/) during my masters. I earned a part-scholarship grant from the JN Tata Endowment to pursue my graduate studies.
