I come from 12+ years in corporate retail in NYC, before pivoting into SaaS for the past 8+ years. I consider myself a jack of all trades having held roles of increasing responsibility in Client Success, R&D, Operations, and Office of the CEO in companies spanning B2B wholesale, marketing, post-purchase technology (B2B2C), and logistics. You name it, I've probably done it. While I've been with both small and large companies, no matter the size I tend to gravitate toward ambiguous, 0-1 type projects that need definition and optimization because frankly that's where it's most challenging and darn fun, too.
