Ha Baik

Ha is, without a doubt, the best mentor I've ever had. He is that kind of mentor who genuinely cares about his mentees. He remember and follows up on every interview I have, allowing me to ask questions about my career or seek clarification on UX concepts and definitions. He's always there, ready to provide answers. For every interview setback, Ha has been my pillar, guiding me through what needs improvement and focusing my efforts on those areas. When I failed on a tech company interview in Feb, he really encouraged me and telling me that I have gone so far since the day 1 and I should really proud of myself. I would never forget that. He never hesitates to leverage his network, introducing me to valuable contacts and offering insights into companies I'm interested in. Thanks to his constructive suggestions and thorough feedback on my portfolio, resume, and presentation deck, I managed to secure a job after 3-4 months of hunting, with three offers to choose from. For those who are like myself in 2 months ago, I want to say is: I understand that the market conditions are not the most favorable right now, but remember to believe in yourself. Finding the right mentor to guide and discuss your path with can make a significant difference. With the right support and mindset, you'll be able to navigate your way through these challenges!

Ha is fantastic! He's very fast to reply to my inquiries, always there for me, quite positive in his attitude, and very knowledgeable.
