As a multi-award-winning leader, I have held management consulting and senior executive management positions in organizations such as AIMIA, American Express, Hewlett-Packard (HP), IBM, PwC Consulting, KPMG Consulting and Solution 6.
As the Singapore General Manager for HP Enterprise Services, I led a business unit with over 1,200 employees. Leading and inspiring so many employees sparked his interest in talent and leadership development as a path to ensuring successful business execution and meaningful personal & career development. Today, I channel my career development energy as a Career Coach at INSEAD
I am a Chartered Accountant, a member of CPA Australia, a Professional member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (MSHRI) and a Mentor Coach and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also an accredited mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre and have earned the Senior Practitioner designation with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC Global)
