I am a passionate senior people leader with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO Consulting and Call Center Management and other partner and project management positions as well as training and coaching.
My leadership experience includes small to large (300+) teams as well as the management of global and virtual teams.
I strongly believe, that one size does not fit all and am applying this philosophy to everything I am doing - personally as professionally.
