I use design to enable business and technology realize its human potential. I collaborate with organization and brands to find their emotional sweet spot and help them engage humans with it. And I have eighteen years of experience doing this across global and start-up organizations, NGOs, brands and teams.
I am a mass communication graduate, social anthropologist and experience design leader with experience of having setup happy design organizations across Nokia, Sapient Interactive and a few start-ups. I lead design mandates providing inspiration and impetus to build a culture of trust, innovation and risk taking. My user-first orientation enables me to never loose sight of users needs in spite of playing various roles. It has also shaped my approach to be agile in my design process and to engage with users as early and as frequent as possible.
Over the years I have evolved from collaborating with designers, technologist, researchers, content strategist and program managers to incubating design culture in organizations. I have worked both as a consultant and design leader with brands and organization, enabling them to incorporating design in their specific digital programs or to enable their digital transformation journey. I keep exploring the evolving role of digital in fulfilling emotional needs.
Outside of work I am passionate about culture, education & health care and leads two social goodness initiatives.
