My name is Sophie, but my friends call me Soph! I have been in the human resource and recruiting industry for most of my professional career. It was not long after starting my first HR job that I realized this was how I could help others in the workplace, and I became more and more passionate about the field every day!

With my bachelor’s degree in business management and my Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in hand, I set out to become the best HR professional I can be. My passion for helping others live the life they love, led to me pursue and complete my Life Coach certification. The combination of my HR/recruiting experience plus my Life Coach certification inspired me to start offering services as a Career and People Management Coach. I help ambitious leaders go after the career of their dreams without sacrificing their individualism + values through purposeful + intentional action planning.

If I have learned anything through my own career experience, it is the following two things. First, a leader or manager has such an impact on an employee’s life and is key to the shaping of the company’s culture. Second, we spend too much time at work to not be happy in our jobs. Together we can build your leadership skills and help you achieve a career that you wake up every morning energized to go to.
