Scott is a wonderful mentor! Not only is he knowledgeable about UX research methodology, but he also has a sense of humor and honesty about him that made our sessions and communications enjoyable and engaging. He is also very responsive and thoughtful with his feedback. He supported me beyond UX research mentorship and also acted as a job-hunt coach, offering suggestions for how to communicate + interview with prospective employers and providing general encouragement when I was feeling hopeless in the job hunt.
