In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.
As a head of design and hiring manager, I can share insights on what stands out in a CV and what companies and recruiters look for in a candidate. I can provide tips and strategies on how to create an effective CV that showcases a designer's skills and achievements, and help mentees tailor their CVs to specific job opportunities.
