I have been working with Alex now for 3 months. We have a call every 2 weeks to talk through progress and agree next actions. Alex helps me be accountable for my progress and most importantly keeps me focussed on what I need to be doing, which right now is customer research and not building features. Building a business from scratch can be mentally tough and he's helped me through those difficult moments during this time.
