As an experienced hiring manager, my day-to-day involves working with leadership and recruitment teams to make strategic decisions about who to hire, why we need to hire them and why we should pass on certain candidates. In the last decade, I have built an extraordinary design network ― having interviewed and hired product designers from entry to senior/lead levels.
