He easily adapts to provide high value guidance to any business situation. All sessions are great as he is very patient and easy to communicate with given his proficiency as an english speaker. Gonçalo doesn't only teach me… tell me his experience, gives ideas and he also tried to prepare me to be to think as an Advance / Senior developer (I never thought about this but he guessed exactly what I needed!) I learned a lot!
