Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.
As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.
I have been a consultant, and had to convinced clients to take me in. I have been a technical manager and had to find the best candidate on a very short budget. I had to be hired and hire others in a language that is not my mother tongue. I have been part of a small team, and had to vet candidates according to my company's needs. I know some typical red flags, and what technical recruiters are looking for. Interview is more than just answering question, it's also the perfect opportunity to show who you really are, and to assess your potential future boss and colleagues. Let's work on your interview skills!
Here is how it would work: We will review the kind of position your are looking for, I will interview you for 30 to 40 minutes, and I will then provide some feedbacks and final advice.
