If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.
This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.
Mentoring is like a good relationship and to make it really effective, the match between Mentor and Mentee should be very strong. On the introductory call, we will set the foundations for our Mentoring. Concretely, we will spend some time to get to know each other and to understand what your goals for the Mentorship are and how I can help you to achieve them.
If, after this call, you feel excited and comfortable to work with me, we will schedule the next sessions and create a goal and plan for your development.
