I want to give my deep gratitude to Ricardo for mentoring me the last 3 months. It was very productive and challenging time for me. Ricardo was always available for the feedback and meetings, and pair programming sessions. He shared with me a lot of new ways how to gain new knowledge and skills, and some of them became a real game changers for me. I want to emphasise here Ricardo's hands on approach in teaching programming.

My mentorship with Ricardo has helped me a lot in a small time window. There was many concepts I was confused about in JavaScript and React before starting my mentorship with Ricardo then he broke and explained to me which made me more confident. Ricardo is able to break complicated stuff (for example closures in JavaScript and how to use useState with useEffect properly) and explain them, besides his patience when doing so. Sometimes I didn't understand something so he took one further step to explain and make concepts simpler. One of most important things Ricardo taught me is how to go through debugging and solving a problem by myself when I face one. I am very glad I worked with him.
