Hi there!

I come from a background with a multitude of different and unique industries that each provided their own set of lessons and experiences. I may not have all the answers, but through my own passage of trials and tribulations I have been able to craft a life committed towards the art of fulfillment and how to build a life catered around it. I've lived the corporate lifestyle and am quite familiar with the feeling of stagnation, dissatisfaction, and overall unhappiness that can often accompany that path.

Through my own journey, I have been able to manifest a life catered around helping others optimize their life and find the path that they can intrinsically feel was meant for them. I have a background in consultation and assessment, with a personal passion for helping others obtain a healthier and happier lifestyle through Holistic health and wellness practices, services, and methodologies.

At the end of the day, I'm just someone who will listen to you and work with the problems you find yourself dealing with by providing essentially a "mental tennis" partner that aims to get your mind aligned with what you may not even realize you want yet. From there, I am present as a resource for however you feel I may fit best for you.

I have found I am most compatible with Millennials that have a background within the Corporate lifestyle and are looking to start something new but aren't sure what it is yet. I am the mentor I wish I had years ago, and now I'm here to help you. I look forward to growing together.
