Hello, thank you for visiting my profile!
I am a UX Researcher since 1998.

I earned my MSc in Psychology at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, where I specialised in Engineering Psychology and Cognitive Ergonomics. I co-founded one of the first usability agencies in Germany and served for over 12 years as a Managing Director & Partner.

In 2015 I moved to the UK and worked as a User Researcher in various client and agency side roles - B2B and B2C. Currently, I am a Principal UX Researcher at The Stepstone Group, one of the worldwide largest job portals. I am part of the Product Design Leadership Team and the Hiring Team.
