Networking Strategy with Joshua

I've found almost all of my jobs not through job boards or even career centers at school. I've found my jobs through networking. Building relationships that paid off down the road, strategically reaching out to people to create relationships, and authentically using my curiosity to determine how I could help them as well.

I've used these same skills even beyond job searching as they can be helpful when building relationships beyond a job search.

Networking well takes patience, a strategy, and persistence, but it is undoubtedly the best way to find your next job.
