Not sure about your newest design? Not sure if your code is as good as it can be? Portfolio site looking a bit, meh?
In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.
This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!
In this session, my goal is to give actionable inputs to you for what you already have. This may be anything but not limited to one of the below: 1)Review your prioritization techniques 2)Review your product roadmap 3)Inputs on your Ways of Working and Agile processes 4)Share my opinion about your product strategy 5)Review and feedback your KPIs and metrics 6)Review and feedback your OKRs 7)Review your product discovery process and Opportunity Mapping and more. Together we review what you already have and I share my feedback with you. If the scope of the work is too large, or if a hands-on input is expected you may need to book a the consultation session.
