In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.
This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!
I have 25 years of experience in the field with 14 years of experience managing teams including hiring and growing teams. I’ve hired more than 100 designers & researchers and have portfolios of more than 300 candidates for roles on my teams. I also have in-depth knowledge on how design and research interview processes are setup in big tech. My spouse is a director of recruiting and I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge in this space from her. I can conduct mock portfolio presentation sessions to test timing and actual performance as well.
