Q: So, how does this work?
Good question! As a mentee, you can register your profile and then search the marketplace to find your fitting mentor. There are free and paid mentors. Hands-on and hands-off mentors. Just browse through the marketplace and see it yourself!

Q: How much does this cost?
It depends. Every mentor can set their own price. Some of them mentor voluntarily and are completely free. Some others charge a weekly fee. You can see the weekly fee on their mentor profile. This is the amount you will have to pay every week.

Q: What does mentorship mean?
Depending on the mentor, mentorship can mean a casual chat from time to time, explicit tasks for you, challenging projects and even sometimes calls. A mentor can decide which services they want to provide. However, mentorship always means that they give you the confidence and motivation to pursue your dreams. Let them know what they are!

Q: Where are the mentors coming from?
Mentors are coming from various backgrounds and are handpicked through our application process. We don't really care about degrees, but what the mentor has accomplished and about their character and skills.

Q: I have a problem with my mentor.
First of all, we are very sorry about this. You can report your mentor through the dashboard. We will handle it discrete and contact you first. If possible, the mentor won't know that you reported them. Based on your report, we will either silently cancel the mentorship or might even kick the mentor out of the program.

Q: I don't use PayPal, can I pay with CC/Bitcoin/Litecoin?
Due to our payout process, we are only supporting PayPal. It is also the most international-friendly payment processor - so paying from remote countries should not be a problem.

Q: My PayPal payment failed. What can I do?
