Taking a mentor is one of the best decisions I made this year. Carlos is the best mentor you can find, either if you need help with a project or you want to learn something new he will find a way to teach it in the best possible way. He has a lot of experience in the programming area, and most important he is a great and funny person, which means that you can learn a lot in an easy and comfortable way. Among all the mentors that I had so far, he is the one that really helped me understand the basic concepts of programming, and I'm planning to stay with him for a long time just to keep learning and improving.
