I’m an engineering leader and coach with leadership experience across Google, Meta, Microsoft, Yelp, and GE. Over the years, I’ve led engineering teams, developed leaders, coached high-performing professionals, and helped people navigate the transitions that come with increasing responsibility.
I particularly enjoy working with Engineering Managers, senior ICs, and technology leaders who want to grow their leadership impact, navigate career transitions, or become more intentional and effective in how they lead.
I can help with challenges such as transitioning from IC to manager, growing as an Engineering Manager, preparing for Staff+ or senior leadership roles, building executive presence, influencing without authority, delegation, stakeholder management, difficult conversations, and career decisions.
My coaching style is practical, candid, supportive, and grounded in real-world engineering leadership experience. I don't believe in giving people a prescriptive playbook; instead, I help you uncover your own answers, challenge assumptions, build self-awareness, and turn insights into concrete action.
