Hi! I'm a software engineer and a leader with 10 years+ in the tech industry with educational background both in software engineering and also in coaching and mentoring. I currently work as a chapter lead: a hands-on technical leader with heavy focus on personal and professional growth of engineers. Unsure of the next steps in your career? I promote cultivating resilience and adaptability as guiding principles of my practice. Here are a few of the benefits for you that I strive for:

2️⃣ Encouraging resilience and agency: we focus on concrete steps you can take for concrete goals, right here, right now. We could also dive in to discover the possible limitations, fears and difficulties and enable you to come up with custom strategies that work for you personally
