I’ve been working with Aneta for almost a year now, and I can confidently say that every single session we’ve had has been incredibly valuable. She has a real talent for asking the right questions, always helping me uncover the areas where I’m stuck or unclear. Just talking with her helps me organize my thoughts, clarify my goals, and identify concrete action points. That alone has made a massive difference for me. One of the most transformative parts of our work together was exploring my CliftonStrengths 34. With her guidance, I was finally able to understand patterns in how I work and why I approach things the way I do—something I had been trying to figure out for a long time. She helped me not only interpret those insights but also apply them to grow and improve. We’ve also worked on building my leadership ladder and navigating important steps in my career. Looking back now, I can clearly see the progress I’ve made, and a big part of that is thanks to her. Beyond all of that, Aneta is incredibly professional and thoughtful. She’s always prepared, takes detailed notes, and tracks my progress with care. She shows up fully every time, and her consistency is something I appreciate. I genuinely hope to continue working with her—she’s had an enormous impact on my personal and professional development, and I can’t recommend her enough.

My motivation was to get advice from someone with Software Engineering experience who is also a Leader / People Manager, to figure out if switching careers into SW Development would be the right choice for me at this time, and if yes, then how to go about it. I'm still in the process, but I was impressed and relieved immediately by Aneta's common sense and honest approach. She is high energy and passionate about what she does. Immediately she identified that the my main issue was I lacked structure and a clear goal, and devised a plan on what steps we need to do to have an objective, tangible and achievable goal, and how we are going to get there. Aneta gave me concrete exercises, questions and a step by step approach that helped me to reflect a lot about thinks that I wouldn't have considered myself, and really see what my priorities are and helped me to appreciate much more where I work right now, and dissolve some of my irrational fears and prejudice :)
