I've adored my time with Ben. It felt somewhat unique because Mentorcruise feels mostly set up for people early in their career. I'm mid-career and have been working with Ben as more of a peer. But he's been so helpful in grounding me in areas in which I haven't been super deep in my career, helping me optimize my relevance in a job search. He helped me edit my resume, pointed me toward what to learn, gave me an invaluable behind-the-scenes view into a well-run data science team, and helped me prep for the interview process.
