I'm an Associate Research Director with 10+ years of experience leading UX research across the public and private sectors. I love UX, which is why helping more people thrive in it matters to me.
I won't promise you a promotion or a new job in 6 weeks. What I can offer is honest, specific support from someone who has seen what helps people grow, and will tell you the truth kindly. I know that's more valuable than reassurance.
