About

Are you in your first 1–3 years as a UX researcher and wondering... am I doing this right?

I'm an Associate Research Director with 10+ years of experience leading UX research across the public and private sectors. I love UX, which is why helping more people thrive in it matters to me.
I won't promise you a promotion or a new job in 6 weeks. What I can offer is honest, specific support from someone who has seen what helps people grow, and will tell you the truth kindly. I know that's more valuable than reassurance.

🤝 Here's what we can work on together:
→ Choosing the right research method and being able to explain why to a stakeholder
→ Handling stakeholder conversations with more confidence and less anxiety
→ Scoping a research project so it is manageable for you and your UCD colleagues
→ Understanding what "good" looks like at the next level, before you're expected to be there

🏆 One researcher I mentored joined as a UX Research Associate. Within a few months of our sessions, they were independently leading research on a client project. Years later, they're on their third UX research role and they still say how valuable those early conversations were.

📅 If this resonates, I would like to hear from you. Book a free 15-min intro call to see if we are a good fit.
