He has extensive executive experience in diverse areas such as go-to-market strategy, corporate partnerships, media sales, concessions, merchandising, event management, and ticket operations.

Currently, Dr. Kaufmann is the Chief Revenue Officer at Kaufmann Ventures LLC, a coaching and consulting firm in the sports and entertainment industry. His firm assists teams, brands, and individuals in navigating the industry's competitive landscape. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Business Officer at Ordr Technologies, where he focuses on enhancing the company’s market presence in cybersecurity by leveraging his sales, marketing, and partnership expertise.

As a mentor in Techstars, Dr. Kaufmann guides founders in developing go-to-market strategies, emphasizing differentiation and value proposition to help them achieve sustainable growth. His previous roles include significant achievements with the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans, where he implemented successful sales strategies and established key international partnerships. At the New York Jets, he contributed to generating substantial sponsorship revenues, growing his portfolio by 613%, and securing major sponsorships for MetLife Stadium.
