About

Hey — I'm Dávid, an engineering leader based in Denmark with 13+ years of building and scaling tech teams across data, infrastructure, and product. I currently lead a data engineering team, and I've spent most of my career doing two things in parallel: delivering technical work and developing the people doing it.
I've coached engineers into engineering managers, product owners into PMs who actually own outcomes, and senior leaders through the messier questions that don't have obvious answers. Not as a side activity — as something I've genuinely cared about throughout my career.
I'm also trained for it. I have post-graduate qualifications in coaching and HR, a BA in psychology, and a background in data science. I say that not to impress but to reassure you I'm not winging it.
Here's how I work: I'll ask more questions than I give answers. I'll push back when something doesn't add up. My goal isn't to tell you what to do — it's to help you build the thinking pattern so you can unblock yourself next time without me. Sessions have a point and I won't let us drift.
If you're figuring out the leap from IC to manager, stuck on a people situation you've been avoiding, or an experienced leader who's hit a ceiling and wants to think it through with someone who's been there — I'm probably a good fit.

What happens when you start

You tell Dávid your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.

You meet within days. Dávid reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.

You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
