Diego Schmunis

I’m a product leader with 10 years of experience working for a variety of startups and partnering with executive teams to create and drive the product vision, strategy and execution.

My experience ranges from being a hands-on contributor to implementing Product’s best practices and processes as well as growing and leading Product, Project, Design, Engineering and QA teams.

I’m a passionate and purpose driven product leader excited about exploring problem spaces and creating solutions that impact and improve peoples’ lives while identifying value opportunities that align with the company’s vision and objectives.

I bring a grounded and collaborative approach to guiding cross-functional teams, across the organization, in defining and implementing a solid product development plan.

I apply critical and creative thinking, along with transformational leadership and culture principles to build inclusive and empowered teams.

When I’m not studying the art of close up magic, or reading one of the many books in my library, I can be found fly fishing in one of the pristine rivers in the Pacific Northwest.
