Hello, I’m Douglas Lane, a seasoned Design Verification Engineer with over 30 years of experience in pre and post-silicon hardware testing. My journey in this field has equipped me with extensive knowledge and skills in various verification techniques, simulation, debugging, and project management.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University, a Master of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University, and have completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from the University of Texas at Austin. My career spans leading roles at top tech companies like Intel, AMD, IBM, Dell, and 3Com, where I’ve honed my expertise in developing UVM-based test benches, writing detailed test plans, and managing verification teams.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about mentoring and guiding engineers to achieve their professional goals. I believe in a hands-on approach, ensuring that my mentees not only understand the theoretical aspects but also gain practical insights and experience.
