I started as a mission controller for interplanetary missions at ESA, supported satellite launch operations at DLR, worked 4 years as Copernicus mission control systems engineer at EUMETSAT, then moved to flight dynamics during OneWeb’s constellation expansion in London, and eventually into the commercial side of space traffic management for a NewSpace startup. Along the way I’ve lived and worked in Italy, the US, Germany, the UK, and Brazil - and I hold a PhD in Aerospace Engineering.

I’ve changed roles, sectors, countries, and even disciplines more than once. I know what it feels like to be the non-native speaker in the room, to pivot from deep technical work into business development, and to build a career in an industry that moves fast and rarely comes with a clear roadmap.
