About
I am an engineering leader and an advocator with years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining cloud SaaS solutions and platforms that enable self-service capabilities for software engineering organizations. I'm passionate about tackling complex engineering problems, expanding businesses, and leading teams. I believe in authentic and empathetic leadership, cultivating a growth mindset, and inclusive culture, and fostering teamwork within my team.
As an engineering leader, I empower teams through trust, clarity, transparent communication, and a commitment to continuous growth. My approach is focused on creating an environment where every team member feels heard, valued, and inspired to contribute their best. I lead my teams by example and by living their lives.
I'm also a public speaker and a mentor. I give workshops about infrastructure engineering and speak at conferences.
Together, we’ll assess your current situation, define your goals, and strategize actionable steps to help you move forward with confidence.
