I’m Ja’Rod Morris, and I’m passionate about helping professionals unlock their potential and achieve their goals. With 19 years of experience in the technology sector, I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations like IBM, Apple, VMware, and UKG, as well as leading initiatives in Customer Success, program management, and strategic planning. Currently, I serve as the Senior Director of Customer Success at TechSoup, where I lead a cross-functional team of staff and manage a large-scale program aimed at driving engagement, retention, and growth.

I’ve also founded Tribe Strategy, a training company where I coach Customer Success professionals to excel in their careers. Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in leadership, collaboration, public speaking, and scaling programs for impact. I’m particularly focused on helping individuals grow professionally, refine their leadership skills, and navigate career transitions with confidence.
