I'm Javier Llerena — a seasoned sales leader, executive coach, and business strategist with over 30 years of experience building high-performing teams and driving growth across the tech, nonprofit, and consulting sectors. I began my career at Oracle and rose through the ranks to become a Managing Director of Sales, leading both U.S. and international teams with a focus on consultative selling, relationship-building, and strategic leadership.
As an immigrant from Spain and a survivor of childhood trauma, my journey has shaped my commitment to empowering others through authenticity, purpose, and service. Today, I help organizations and leaders unlock their full potential through coaching, facilitation, and training rooted in emotional intelligence and positive leadership.
I'm the co-founder of Re-Invent Consulting and Boundless Love: Healing Your Marriage Before It Begins, where I work at the intersection of faith, business, and personal transformation. I'm a certified professional coach (PCC, iPEC), a Conscious Business Coach trained by Fred Kofman, and an XChange Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator.
