Hi there! I'm Luke, a Lead Product Designer with over 10 years' experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, e-commerce and lead generation. Currently I am working at Red Bull building beyond the ordinary products to give wiiings to people and ideas. Previously, I worked at Hotjar, one of the leading behavioral analytics products, helping users better understand how their users interact with their websites.
I have led multiple design projects in large organizations generating millions in revenue and elevating other designers. Over the course of my career, I have worked across the entire UX spectrum. In recent years, I have really focused on understanding users' needs, making sure we are building the right things to help our users with their jobs to be done, while aligning with business needs. Established processes to conduct customer interviews on a weekly basis, and implemented feedback mechanisms into the product to generate a stream of customer feedback that helps empathize, prioritise, negotiate and influence product strategy decisions.
