Hello. 👋🏽 I'm Luna.
I'm a PhD candidate in Strategy and Innovation at COPPEAD/UFRJ, where I research how knowledge-intensive organizations reconfigure their business models in the face of generative AI — including when the technology challenges the creative identity of their teams.
That research doesn't stay on paper. I turn it into talks, workshops and executive courses: the same academic rigor, translated into practical judgment for business, tech, legal and leadership teams. I'm the creator of "AI in PLAY", a proprietary board game for corporate training that turns responsible-AI principles into real dilemmas decided as a team.
Three things shape how I work, and how I'd mentor you: I take AI out of both hype and fear, so you can tell what the technology already delivers from what's still a vendor promise; I translate current academic evidence into business language you can use tomorrow; and I bring governance into the conversation early — with roles, criteria and process, not loose principles.
