I’m a business and leadership strategist, certified business coach, and certified executive coach. Before this work, I spent over 30 years in corporate leadership, including CMO and COO roles, so I understand what it looks like from the inside.
Most people I work with are already successful, but something isn’t sitting right. They’re carrying too much, navigating more complexity, or facing decisions that don’t have an obvious answer.
My role is to think things through with you.
We focus on what’s actually going on, what matters, and what needs to shift. I’ll ask direct questions, challenge where needed, and help you move forward in a way that feels grounded and clear.
