👋 Hi, I'm Matthias. I help solopreneurs and small teams build AI systems that
genuinely save time, not flashy demos that look great and get dropped a week later.
I'm the founder of AzenFlow, an AI & automation consultancy. I'm not a CS grad. I
started out as a data analyst, taught myself automation the hard way (200+ n8n workflows,
built my own platform end to end), and now I ship production-grade AI systems for real
businesses. Recent client wins: +180% conversion from FAQ to booked calls, and 12 days
cut off payment delays. I also design and deliver AI & automation programs for
universities and certified training organizations (including a Master's at Mines Paris
PSL). I work fully remote from Tokyo and mentor in English and French.
My philosophy is the opposite of "learn everything first": I teach you the few simple,
high-leverage techniques that actually buy back hours every week. We build the thing
together, you keep it, and you understand exactly how it works.
In practice that means hands-on AI systems: no-code automations with n8n and Make, AI
agents that handle the repetitive work, and modern tools like Claude Code to ship things
you couldn't build before, even without a heavy dev background.
