👋 Hi, I'm Matthias. I help solopreneurs and small teams put AI to real work: systems that genuinely save time, not flashy demos that look great and get dropped a week later.

I'm the founder of AzenFlow, an AI & automation consultancy, and a one-on-one AI coach. I'm not a CS grad: I started out as a data analyst and taught myself automation the hard way, on Make, then n8n. Since January 2024, I have built 40+ AI systems that run in production and supported 30 businesses. Recent client wins: +180% conversion from FAQ to booked calls, 1,800 emails handled for under $18 of AI cost, and 12 days cut off payment delays. I also design and deliver AI & automation programs for universities and certified training organizations, including a Master's at Mines Paris PSL. For Matchers, a French corporate training provider, my learners' evaluations average 10/10: joint first of nearly 1,000 trainers. I work fully remote from Tokyo and mentor in English and French.

My philosophy is the opposite of "learn everything first": I teach you the few simple, high-leverage techniques that actually buy back hours every week. We build the thing together, you keep it, and you understand exactly how it works.

In practice that means hands-on AI systems: no-code automations with n8n and Make, AI agents that handle the repetitive work, and modern tools like Claude Code to ship things you couldn't build before, even without a heavy dev background. I use them myself every day: my prospecting, accounting, quotes and invoices all run on systems I built.
