With 8+ years of tech lead and management experience, I’ve been through a lot. From leading edge authentication solutions, to consumer products for 100s of millions of users, I’ve led teams through a range of challenges. Strong teams are built on psychological safety, mutual trust and a shared purpose. I can help you, as a leader, cultivate these strengths within your teams. During my time working on security, authentication, Google Local Search and YouTube TV, I built new teams from scratch, scaled existing ones, and guided teams through strategic pivots. I nurtured projects from concept to production, and owned products with hundreds of millions in revenue.
