I have been in the technology sector for 25 years, as an engineer, product manager and as a leader. I have launched several products, worked with hundreds of colleagues across geographies and led teams. Meanwhile, I have been a daughter, a wife and a mom to 2 daughters. I have been an immigrant trying to make a new life in my adopted country, while trying to impart culture from my home country to my kids.

Throughout my journey, I've had many achievements, many more stumbles, and tremendous amounts of learnings. My biggest takeaways, however, haven't been about the products I launched or the teams I led. They've been about discovering myself. I learned where I truly thrive, what ignites my passion, and what sacrifices I'm willing to make to achieve my dreams. This path of self-discovery wasn't always easy. For a long time, I followed well-worn paths, emulating others' successes. But it wasn't until I started looking inward, asking myself the tough questions, that I found the fulfillment I craved.
