My roles as a data professional span across 20 years (including public sector, Mortgages, Automotive), providing analysis and operational reports for staff across each business using a variety of tools (Power BI, SQL, SSRS, Crystal reports, Excel, Cognos).
I've worked with an ERP system (Dynamics NAV) as well as disparate datasets and the challenges this brings in transforming the data into meaningful information. I have created and designed data warehouses (SSMS, SSDT, Visual Studio, GitHub, SSIS) and have a deep knowledge of SQL.

Nicki was a great mentor and was immediately able to add value to my Power BI project, despite my lack of experience. After an hour session, I went from struggling with Power Query data transformations to creating Power BI visuals & measures. 24 hours later I had my first Power BI report up and running! Being a freelancer, it's extremely important for me to be able to quickly react to client requests. Even if it measure using unfamiliar software. Nicki was able to solve specific queries, that were unique to my requirements, which meant limited downtime searching through online forums and YouTube tutorials. I look forward to working with Nicki again as this project develops!
