Hi, I’m Wale.
I’ve spent the last decade building products at Amazon across supply chain, logistics, workforce technology, identity, compliance, and operational platforms. Throughout my career, I’ve led product initiatives supporting billion-dollar businesses, thousands of users and partners, and some incredibly complex business and technical challenges.
What I enjoy most, however, is helping people grow.
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that career growth in Product Management isn’t just about building great products. It’s about learning how to think strategically, influence without authority, communicate impact, navigate ambiguity, and tell compelling stories about your work. Many talented PMs struggle not because they lack ability, but because they haven’t learned how to position themselves for the opportunities they deserve.
